Throughout the Site and these terms, the Words “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this company.

By visiting the Site and/ or purchasing something from the Site, you engage in using our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. The Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation any customers of the products available for purchase at the Site (“Products”).

The store feature of the Site (the “Store”) is hosted on Pixxles. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell the Products to you.

SECTION 1 – MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All information posted at the Store is for information only pertaining to identification of the Products available, but does not constitute medical advice, nor should be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of the Products or Services to any geographic region.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the Products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. • All offers are subject to availability and while stock lasts.
• Matanoia Pharma reserves the right to limit certain offers to 1 order per customer as defined by their email address and/or credit card address and/or delivery address.
• Offers are non-transferable.
• Metanoia Pharma reserves the right to withdraw our offers without notice.
• Promotional offers and events online may differ to those in our retailing partners due to differences in the range of products available, the length of time the offer is available, and the operational costs involved. We are however committed to ensure our prices are fair and clear

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or Products.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 – SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES (if applicable)

The terms applicable to any recurring subscription purchase shall be set out at the Site at the point of purchase, but shall be monthly unless set out otherwise.

You shall be entitled to cancel the subscription upon 14 days’ notice unless you shall have purchased a discount conditional upon a minimum number of recurring purchases, in which event we shall be entitled to take the remaining minimum number of payments before effecting your cancellation.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the Store.
