How does the Metanoia satisfaction guarantee work?

If our product does not meet your expectations, you can make use of our satisfaction guarantee. With our satisfaction guarantee you can return your CBD oil within 30 days and we will be happy to give you the opportunity to exchange the product for another one or get the full amount you paid back. (This guarantee applies to new customers only).

Returning unused items

CBD Products are not returnable unless they are unopened, unused and still in their sealed box in new condition. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of us providing you with return instructions.

Return costs must be paid for by you or contact us for a returns label.
